What if my stuff arrives damaged?
If your item(s) were damaged beyond use during shipment, please send us a picture of the damage immediately upon receipt. In most cases, we’ll ship out a replacement copy asap. We cannot offer replacements for items with minor cosmetic damage.

Can I return or exchange an unopened item?
All sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges unless items were damaged during shipping (see above).

Other international customers should purchase their Deaf Crocodile discs from your favorite online retailer (our Limited Editions will never be available at the big retailers, so shop small!)

All of our Blu-ray releases are region A locked. You will need a region-free player to enjoy our discs outside of Region A countries.

If you order other items with a Pre-Order item, they will ship together. If you would like your other items to ship immediately, you will need to place separate orders.
